Our return policy applies to online/website orders that need to be shipped. This policy DOES NOT APPLY TO LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS OR IN STORE PURCHASES!  We do not take returns, exchanges or give store credit on local pick up orders or in store purchases.

We take great pride in our handcrafted wreaths and want you to love your purchase. However, if you wish to request a return, please email us within 3 days of delivery for approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval — you’ll receive a response within 3 business days. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping (with insurance) is the customer’s responsibility. Wreaths must be shipped back in the original packaging and packed exactly as received. Returned items must arrive in their original condition; damaged or altered items will not be eligible. We reserve the right to deny any return request at our discretion.
