3. Products & Availability
We take great care to display products accurately; however, colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment must be received before orders are processed or shipped.
5. Shipping
We strive to ship all orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please review our full Return Policy before requesting a return.
Return requests must be emailed within 3 days of delivery and approved before shipping back.
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping (with insurance) is the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
We reserve the right to deny any return for any reason.
7. Workshops, Kits & Digital Content
Purchases of live or recorded workshops, digital downloads, or instructional videos are non-refundable. Access links or files may not be shared or resold.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of The Wreath Room and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
